Katy, TX (KTRK) – A 17-year-old high school academic was arrested Tuesday after threatening to shoot a Constitution teacher at Katie’s in response to Harris County Sheriff’s Workplace Constable 5.
Deputies from Constable Ted Heep’s workplace arrested Emmanuel Pineda Flores for threatening to open fire at Calvin Niles Constitution College.
Investigators said Pineda-Flores used fake social media accounts to post footage of the gun over the weekend.
In the posts, he repeatedly mentioned his plan to take pictures of the former faculty member in the 20,600 block of the Clay Freeway this week in response to lawmakers.
