Rihanna will handle halftime performance of Super Bowl 57, likely February 12, 2023 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, and airs on Fox.
The NFL made the announcement Sunday afternoon, tweeting a photo of the recording artist holding a soccer ball with the caption “Let’s get started.” (See below.) Rihanna, in turn, seemed speechless, retweeting the NFL image, including only the uncommented “.”.
The youngest performers in the halftime show include this year’s Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar (whose TVLine readers averaged a “B-“), The Weeknd; Jennifer Lopez and Shakira; Maroon 5 (ft. Travis Scott & Large Boi); Justin Timber Lake; Girl Gaga, Coldplay; and Katy Perry.
