A widow and mother of four has called out her late husband’s relatives as they try to seize their property.
The widow, who appeared in the video, begged for help from the governor of Edo State, Benin Obah and other Nigerians, claiming she was legally married to her late husband, who lived in Europe for 24 years.
She went on to say that her spouse had returned to Nigeria after being diagnosed with cancer and not getting better. However, she believes her husband’s family is planning to kill him.
“My husband was sick in Europe and was diagnosed with cancer. He was taken to Nigeria to find a cure. When they brought him to Nigeria, I never knew his family had plots and plans to kill him…” she says.
“…because they were going to charge us property, they buried him in an unknown field,” she said through tears.
